District Energy Project contracts between the state and city released

MONTPELIER — Late Friday, the city officials released district energy project contract documents agreed to between the state and the city.

These contracts are important because they determine how much it will cost the city to buy thermal energy from the proposed state-owned biomass power plant.

City Manager William Fraser has asked the City Council to approve these contracts at their Wednesday meeting.

I haven't had a chance to read through them all yet, but here they for your review.
