A 23-year-old from Swanton was arrested Sunday after being involved in a road rage incident where a gun was pointed out of the sunroof of a car at another passing driver. At about 2 a.m. the Vermont State Police-St. Albans barracks were called about a road rage incident on Interstate 89 northbound in the Milton. The caller said they were being harassed by another vehicle which was driving aggressively. The caller also said one of the occupants of the car stuck a handgun out of the sunroof of the car and pointed it at the caller's vehicle. The caller gave police a vehicle description and registration plate. Troopers from the St. Albans barracks and officers from St. Albans Police Department located and stopped the suspect vehicle as it exited the Interstate in St. Albans. The occupants of the vehicle were detained and 9mm handgun was located in the vehicle. Andrew Densmore, 23, of Swanton, was a passenger in the vehicle. Densmore was arrested and charged with reckless endangerment, according to police. Densmore was released with a citation and ordered to appear in Chittenden criminal court on Dec. 27.
