NOw we have an uninterested party proving the City has neglected theri property. Why do we let this behavior continue and persist? We trust our elected officials to take of our property. Whether this is used for a recreation center is a different story. This space can be usefull as other space. The renters in that space depend of afforable and convient location of the area. Maybe the City should sell it for a dollar to one of the organizations that was currently renting. This would provide a stable home without a two days notice of eviction (which probably violates State law, hint hint). So many question about this ordeal. Randal, why not post the State Fire Division report on your online edition? Let have this transparency everyone's talking about.
