MONTPELIER — Formerly known as the "Thai cart," Wilaiwan's Kitchen located on State Street next to Salaam is now open for business.
Timothy Azarian and his wife Wilaiwan had been running the Thai cart outside the courthouse during the summer months, but now they've got a permanent location.
Wilaiwan's Kitchen is open for lunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Azarian said they don't have menus because they change it up weekly.
They serve whatever they have for that day until it runs out, he said.
Wiliawan's Kitchen opened for business on May 1.
