Ed;
I was blessed to have both your parents as teachers at Brandon High School, Mrs. Barna for Biology, Mr. Barna for an unforgettable English class and a chemistry class, at which I certainly did not excell.
After school and marriage I occasionally encountered them in the A&P in Brandon. Your father had encouraged my writing skills and once asked if I was still writing. I could only point to many letters and journals, not "writing" in a successful sense. Blogging gives many of us a chance to "publish" that wouldn't have otherwise been possible.
Thank you for this back-story of your parents. They were remarkable individuals.
