Stranded residents in Rochester were glad to receive news information from Rutland Heralds brought to them by Central Vermont Public Service Corp. spokesman Steve Costello. He brought Heralds and CVPS handouts with information. There is not power and residents are without news.
Costello stopped by again Wednesday afternoon to pick up more papers before another run into Rochester, saying "I felt like I was handing out bars of gold."
