An Addison man was arrested about 3 p.m. Wednesday and charged with excessive speed after a Vermont State Police trooper clocked him at 133 mph on Route 22A in Addison.
Trooper Andrew Leise observed a red sport bike traveling north and clocked it at 133 mph.
It took troopers two towns to catch up to and stop Samuel A. Trudo, 21, who was pulled over in Vergennes without incident and there was no pursuit.
Trudo was riding a 2008 Yamaha R1 1,000cc high-performance sport bike.
He was cited for excessive speed and was cited to appear in Addison District Court on Oct. 17.
