Freezing temps to start your morning

It's 16 degrees in Rutland now to start your morning. The high today is expected to be 41 degrees with a 30 percent chance of an evening dusting of snow and wind. It's even colder in Montpelier this morning at 6 degrees with a cloudy sky. The high today in the Capitol City is expected to be 38 degrees with a 50 percent chance of a dusting of snow tonight.
