MANCHESTER — The 2011 Manchester Town Report is now online at www.manchester-vt.gov/content/town-report-and-budget.
The town report is divided into two parts in an effort to save the taxpayers money and reduce paper consumption. The first part, which is mailed to all postal patrons of zip codes 05254 and 05255, includes the proposed budgets for the school district and municipal government, tax information, the town meeting warning, minutes from previous town meetings and contact information. The second part includes reports of officers and not-for-profits, financial reports and information and a list of appointed and elected town officials.
The second part can be picked up at town meeting, and beginning on Monday, at the Town Hall in the offices of the town clerk and town manager. Also known as “Part B,” the second part of the town report will be available at Kilburn’s Convenience Store, Discount Beverages and the Mark Skinner Library. Residents may also request the second part be mailed to them by contacting Ioana Drew by phone at 362-1313, ext. 2, or by email at [email protected].
