— (Article 9) Shall the Town of Benson vote to appropriate the expenditure of up to $6,000 to replace the flooring in the Town Library?
— If Article 9 is voted in the affirmative, shall the Town of Benson vote to apply the remaining $3,400 of the 2011-2012 Community Hall painting appropriation to the replacement of the floor in the Town Library (leaving $2,600 to be raised by taxes).
— Shall the voters of the Benson Town School District authorize the Board of Directors to reserve an amount of $5,000 in a special reserve fund to be utilized by the board for repairs and capital improvements on the school building and grounds whenever the Board deems it necessary?

Delinquent tax collector incumbent Darlyn Burlett faces challenger Jeannine Bennett.
Meeting location
An informational meeting will be at the Community Hall at 7 p.m. March 5. Benson residents will gather for a floor meeting at the Community Hall at 10 a.m. March 6 to vote on money matters. Election of town officials and school money matters will be by Australian Ballot on from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
