Citing budget constraints, the Vermont Supreme Court has declared 12 furlough days for the remainder of the fiscal year for all judiciary employees. Two courts in the state will remain open on these days on a restricted basis to handle public health and safety concerns. From the press release:

The furlough days, which run through the end of Fiscal 2012, are:
May 6, June 3, June 24, July 29, August 26, September 23, October 21 and December 16, 2011, and January 27, February 24, March 16, April 20, May 18 and June 15, 2012.
