Closing remarks:
Trapeni: No new taxes. "Taxation at this time is not good for the city. It's not good in general for the communities surrounding the city. ... I think a lot of things that needed to be done a year ago weren't done and I really believe we need to address the problem of personnel issues that we have in city government."
Louras: Recapping the last two years. The first thing he said he was going to do was get the fiscal house in order. Deficits are now a thing of the past and we've got confidence back. We've identified and are on the road to correcting issues that are impeding development downtown. Wants to revitalize Center Street Alley and looking for tax stabilization.
