Louras puts his distaste for RT into writing

For the second time in as many weeks, Mayor Christopher Louras set his sights - and his letter writing abilities - on the Rutland Redevelopment Authority. The following letter went out to the RRA's Board of Commissioners and the Board of Aldermen on Friday in regard to the Rutland Telecom initiative.

I'm working on getting a response from the RRA. I'm also curious to see if the letter will come up at tonight's BOA meeting.
