Rising to the occasion

Those of you following the relief effort in Japan might be interested in this short piece in Foreign Policy on contributions by the Yakuza, Japan's organized crime group.

I've also seen stories partially crediting the Yakuza for the relative (if not as complete as some reports have suggested) lack of looting in the Japanese disaster zone.
