Overheard in the park

"I don't think anybody in Rutland is smart enough to make a bomb." - Somebody watching from across the street as police entered the Rite-Aid earlier today after a man in the store claimed to have a bomb.

It turned out to be a duffel bag full of laundry. Brent Curtis will have the full story in tomorrow's Herald.
