On dispensaries and crime

A while back I linked to a RAND Corporation study that said the presence of a medical marijuana dispensary was correlated with decreases in the crime rate in the neighborhood hosting it.

It has been brought to my attention that the study has since been retracted due to data issues. The researchers say they are getting better numbers and taking another look.
