Meanwhile, Bob Flint, executive director of the Springfield Regional Development Corporation, writes:
An observation - and I'm not sure how Vermont legislation could address this - here on the VT/NH border, folks who are allegedly poaching copper from buildings etc. are taking them to NH scrap yards, who perhaps are looking the other way when processing. This bill doesn't address that - and, again, I'm not sure how it could - just a thought.
