I'm sorry to use this Forum in order to ask a question to the Publisher of the Rutland Herald. When you are publishing Obituarys how come you do not verify whether a marriage is legit by asking for a Marriage Certificate. Imagine my surprise when I read that my ex-husbands girlfriend is named as his wife which she was not,and my chidren are named as her children and my granddaughters are her grandchildren. This is so not cool.
