Fighting blight

The first applicant for tax stabilization on a blighted property is... The Vermont Farmers Food Center!

RRA executive director Brennan Duffy said Tuesday the nascent organization hopes to take advantage of the new program as it rehabilitates the long-vacant and fire-prone Mintzer property.
